Gurus o’ Gold: After Awards Week One

When The Gurus refer to “Awards Week One,” they mean the first week of December, during which there were awards given by the New York and Los Angeles critics, as well as National Board of Review, The Gotham Awards, plus nominations from the Independent Spirit Awards. There will be a Gurus Update this Friday after SAG & Golden Globes nominations.

We’ll see if Marty sneaks into DGA awards, other than that I’d say Wolf has little to no momentum awards-wise.

I guess SAG falls under Week Two, but it will be interesting to see if they affect Redford (negatively) and Bruhl (positively).
