Who Will Denise Richards Next Marry?

Following the “Charlie Sheen’s ex” formula (which would also explain why a woman would leave the father of her children mid-pregnancy)….

She’s too big for Tom Cruise.

Kevin Spacey might not be rich or kind enough.

Vin Diesel, maybe?

Or she could just head up to Ojai, lose the ‘plants, and settle in with some reclusive billionaire that wants her to grow out her armpit hair.

It’s not easy being a Sheen ex.

I might consider hitching up, if she loses that paunch. I’d also persuade her to get on track with her career and do the sequel to TAMMY AND THE DINOSAUR. Umm Spacey is too busy looking for one-sheets of Pink Narcissus to consider marriage.

  2. Chester says:

Maybe she can be Scorsese’s consolation prize.

  3. bicycle bob says:

    shes into chicks

  4. Jon says:

It wouldn’t work with Tom Cruise because she isn’t a guy.

  5. L&DB says:

If only Spacey and Vin loved the …..! If only.
Speculation of course, but Richards should just
shack up with hot woman. Leaving everyone envious
or jealous that they are not in the bedroom when
    the HOTness happens.
If not, fuck men. Take care of the kids, get rid
of the plants, and enjoy taking HALF of Charlie’s
    money! HOO YEAH!

  6. Stella's Boy says:

Um, Spacey is not into women. I thought this was common knowledge?

  7. Mark says:

    Is Spacey even into guys?

  8. Stella's Boy says:

    We may never know.

    re. Richards
“settle in with some reclusive billionaire that wants her to grow out her armpit hair.”
Hmmm. that sounds like a sensible plan. I’ll keep that in mind for me-self.
Wonder if her send-off to Heidi’s best customer was “the only good bug is a dead bug”.
    re. Spacey
Spacey is on the ‘Michael Stipe path to gayness’ i.e.
he will be ‘asexual’ for 6-7 years (he’s already well into this phase) which just totally frustrates the supermodels, I have proof. Then he will be bi- for a year or two; then, the full green eyeshadow and midnight blue mascara will burst forth and he will be ‘out’.
Then comes the book-tour-of-coming-to-terms and he must hug Oprah on nationwide telecast and simulataneously forgive asshole family.
Until then it helps to work on the stage/musicals/theatre rather than Hollywood flicks. Especially if they come out like Life of David Gale or Pay it Forward.

  10. Mark says:

Spacey. The one guy who threw away all the goodwill he generated with 5 years of crappy movies.

  11. Ben S. says:

Apologies for going way off topic here: Did anyone else notice the Jeffrey Wells posting on his “Wired” column earlier today? “When in danger, keep moving forward.” That’s it.
Any idea what’s up with him?

  12. Chester69 says:

I heard Vin only fucks transexuals and fat chicks. BTW, anyone else think that hairdo in the new Lumet movie looks funky?

  13. KamikazeCamel says:

    1. These replies are bonkers
    2. It may actually be his own hair. He said on Letterman that she shaves his head (I’d believe him, he ain’t that old yet) so… i say keep it bald. It looks WAY better.

  14. bicycle bob says:

my guess is chester knows that for a fact

  15. Jim says:

Maybe it’s just me, but I thought the whole “Cruise,” “Diesel,” “Spacey” think was indeed inferring what you’re all saying in much cruder terms…that she would become a beard for someone who needs a pretend girlfriend…what that has to do with being a “Sheen ex” I do not know…

  16. charlie says:

Denise Richards is how old? She has only been in one great movie, UnderCover Brother.
Just read Polands column on Ross Kaufmann and someone else, just your normal Hollywood trickle. Only hollywoodians could get away with that syrupy stuff.

It shows how out of it I was in trying to be in it, acknowledging that I was out of it to myself, and then thinking, “Okay, how do I stop being out of it? Well, I get some legitimate illogical narrative ideas” — some novel, you know?

So I decided on three writers that I might be able to option their material and get some producer, or myself as producer, and then get some writer to do a screenplay on it, and maybe make a movie.

And so the three projects were “Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep,” “Naked Lunch” and a collection of Bukowski. Which, in 1975, forget it — I mean, that was nuts. Hollywood would not touch any of that, but I was looking for something commercial, and I thought that all of these things were coming.

There would be no Blade Runner if there was no Ray Bradbury. I couldn’t find Philip K. Dick. His agent didn’t even know where he was. And so I gave up.

I was walking down the street and I ran into Bradbury — he directed a play that I was going to do as an actor, so we know each other, but he yelled “hi” — and I’d forgot who he was.

So at my girlfriend Barbara Hershey’s urging — I was with her at that moment — she said, “Talk to him! That guy really wants to talk to you,” and I said “No, fuck him,” and keep walking.

But then I did, and then I realized who it was, and I thought, “Wait, he’s in that realm, maybe he knows Philip K. Dick.” I said, “You know a guy named—” “Yeah, sure — you want his phone number?”

My friend paid my rent for a year while I wrote, because it turned out we couldn’t get a writer. My friends kept on me about, well, if you can’t get a writer, then you write.”
~ Hampton Fancher

“That was the most disappointing thing to me in how this thing was played. Is that I’m on the phone with you now, after all that’s been said, and the fundamental distinction between what James is dealing with in these other cases is not actually brought to the fore. The fundamental difference is that James Franco didn’t seek to use his position to have sex with anyone. There’s not a case of that. He wasn’t using his position or status to try to solicit a sexual favor from anyone. If he had — if that were what the accusation involved — the show would not have gone on. We would have folded up shop and we would have not completed the show. Because then it would have been the same as Harvey Weinstein, or Les Moonves, or any of these cases that are fundamental to this new paradigm. Did you not notice that? Why did you not notice that? Is that not something notable to say, journalistically? Because nobody could find the voice to say it. I’m not just being rhetorical. Why is it that you and the other critics, none of you could find the voice to say, “You know, it’s not this, it’s that”? Because — let me go on and speak further to this. If you go back to the L.A. Times piece, that’s what it lacked. That’s what they were not able to deliver. The one example in the five that involved an issue of a sexual act was between James and a woman he was dating, who he was not working with. There was no professional dynamic in any capacity.
